can sell - we are not in the business of listing properties, we are in the
business of selling properties.

We have a terrific track record in the Bed and Breakfast real estate
marketplace.   We have listed and sold the Berkshire 1802 House, listed
and sold the Kemble Inn, represented the buyer in the purchase of the
Taggart House, represented the buyer in the purchase of Spring Lawn
Mansion (soon to be a luxury resort), bought and ran the Federal House
Inn, and then listed and sold it.

land.   We also help buyers find their dream home, business property and
work with developers.
